    This detection reagent can detect Salmonella at a minimum of 10 4CFU/mL in the sample. At 10 8 CFU/mL in the sample, no hook effect occurred.

    This test reagent has no cross-reaction with Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC29213), Listeria monocytogenes (ATCC19115), Salmonella enteritidis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
